Jennifer David, CEO of Outward Bound Support Services, LLC, has helped to establish a family disability support group in Charlestown, Indiana. As a sibling of a person with a severe disability, Jennifer understands the struggles and isolation that families can face. Working alongside Laurel Wahl, Mike Sims from Kindness Jefferson County, the Community Foundation of Jefferson County, the Bethany Legacy Foundation, and Outward Bound Support Services, LLC, Jennifer helped to create a valuable resource for individuals with sensory needs. This collaborative effort is a shining example of what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause.

The Kimberly Renee Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by Jennifer in honor of her sister and mother. Jennifer's personal experience as a sibling of a person with a severe disability inspired her to create a foundation that aims to educate, connect, and inspire people and communities to create a more inclusive environment for persons and families living with disabilities. The foundation's mission is to promote a more inclusive community for everyone.
