Jennifer David is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, small business owner, and longtime disability advocate running for State Representative in District 66. Her work is rooted in community, transparency, and real-world problem solving. She has spent years helping families navigate complex systems, especially in disability services, education, and healthcare.
About Jennifer
Jennifer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the founder of Outward Bound Community Services, and the founder of the Kimberly Renee Foundation. Her work spans southern Indiana and reaches into Indianapolis and the surrounding areas, where she focuses on direct support, program design, training, advocacy, workforce development, and community education.
After working in Indianapolis since 2020, Jennifer and her family moved to southern Indiana nearly ten years ago. Since then, she and her husband, Julio David, have built strong partnerships across southern Indiana and hosted dozens of community events, resource fairs, and outreach initiatives that connect families with the resources they need. Jennifer's lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic woman gives her a rare combination of insight and determination, shaping a leadership style rooted in accessibility, transparency, and practical solutions.
Jennifer lives in Charlestown with her husband, Julio, and is deeply connected to her large, close family, who inspire her fight for a brighter future for every Hoosier.
